  • How do I get the items of clothing to you?

    Once an order is placed you will receive an email with the address to send the item(s) of clothing to by the end of the day. Please always include a note with your name inside so we can identify the parcel as yours. 

  • I'm worried about sending precious items of clothing.

    Pleaes don't worry. Each parcel goes on a special shelf when it arrives. Only one order is worked on at a time and each is treated with care and respect. Photos are then sent of the completed order to ensure you are happy with it before it is posted back to you. Each returned parcel is wrapped in strong parcel wrap as we have found this to be the most durable and safe way of transport. 

  • How long will my order take?

    We always state that the order will be complete within 2 weeks of receiving your items of clothing. 

  • I've ordered but need to change my address/order details, how can I do this?

    You can get in touch at any time via the 'contact us' page.  We will always reply by the end of that day. 

  • What payment options do you have?

    You can pay via paypal or debit/credit card. These options are available to choose from when completing the order. 

  • I would like more items made from the leftover clothing but options are limited in the shop.

    This is no problem at all. We can normally create several keyrings, small hanging cushions and pocket cushions out of the leftover material so if you would like more than the options proviided, please do not hesitate to get in touch via the 'contact us' page and we can arrange that for you.
